Kelvin Mann was born in New Zealand and educated at the Otago School of Fine Art, Dunedin. In the early 1990's Mann worked as an animation artist at Vidmark Television, NZ, he later moved to Dublin to become a member of the print studio collective Graphic Studio Dublin. There he produces his own finely etched prints that often incorporate a touch of whimsy and play on word titles. Separate to creating his own artworks, he works at Stoney Road Press as a printer and technician.

Kelvin Mann has exhibited widely in New Zealand and Ireland.
